According to the Emporis Standards Committee (ESC), there are tallest building in the whole world used as hotel. They have based the fact from the entire building’s structural height, TV towers, masts, and other building types.
First on the list is the Rose Tower specifically located at Sheikh Zayed Road 105 Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Rose Rotana Hotel is the alternative name of this hotel with an Emporis Building Number of 203224. It has 72 floors above gorund.
It is architecturally designed with the post modem effect. It has the blue façade with glass as its material and curtain wall as its system. The structural material of this skyscraper is composite structure.
However, the Ryugyong Hotel in North Korea is taller than this but it is not yet finished and has never been occupied. The 9-level car park is connected from the rear of the building by a pedestrian bridge. It also features exercise facility, sauna and swimming pool.
